TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Membership Agreement

By becoming a member of DTRE Community, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Membership is a paid agreement that grants members access to DTRE Community’s captured market, promotional platforms, and exclusive benefits.

2. Membership Levels & Benefits

Members will receive benefits based on their selected membership package. DTRE Community reserves the right to modify membership tiers and benefits as needed, with prior notice to members.

3. Membership Fee & Payment Terms

Membership fees must be paid in full before activation of benefits.

Once payment is made, members must send proof of payment (deposit slip or transaction receipt) to dca4business@gmail.com for verification.

All payments are non-refundable.

4. Membership Duration & Renewal

  • Membership is lifetime from the date of payment.

5. 6-Month Allowance for Members

  • New members will receive an allowance based on their membership level to ensure immediate engagement within the community.
  • The allowance is non-transferable.

6. Member Responsibilities

  • Members must provide accurate company details, including logos, promotional materials, and contact information for marketing purposes.
  • Members must adhere to ethical business practices and comply with DTRE Community’s policies.
  • Any misleading claims or unauthorized use of the DTRE Community brand will result in termination of membership without refund.

7. Marketing & Promotions

  • DTRE Community reserves the right to use member logos and promotional materials for marketing purposes.
  • Members may receive priority exposure through events, social media, website listings, and community promotions as per their membership level.

8. Termination of Membership

DTRE Community reserves the right to terminate a membership under the following conditions:

  • Violation of DTRE Community’s policies or unethical business practices.
  • Failure to comply with agreed membership guidelines.
  • Actions that harm the reputation of DTRE Community or its members.

9. Liability & Indemnification

  • DTRE Community is not responsible for any financial losses, disputes, or liabilities arising from a member’s business operations.
  • Members agree to indemnify DTRE Community from any claims related to their business transactions within the community.

10. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

DTRE Community reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as necessary. Members will be notified of any changes in advance.

11. Qualification for Monthly Patronage Refund / Rewards

  • All members must be active members to qualify for the Monthly Patronage Refund / Rewards.

  • To remain active, a member must regularly patronize at least one DTRE Community-approved product each month.

  • Failure to purchase or support the required product(s) will result in temporary disqualification from receiving the Monthly Patronage Refund / Rewards for that period.

  • Monthly Patronage Refund / Rewards will resume once the member becomes active again by meeting the monthly patronage requirement.
